'Elements', brought to you by Aert!

Starting this week!
In association with The Big Draw, ‘Elements’ will begin from Wednesday!
Until the end of February, I’ll be posting daily drawing activities on Facebook and Instagram @a.labourne. Each idea will inspire us to use drawing as a tool to consider nature and the environments we inhabit.

‘Elements’ is (I hope) the first of several projects that will be part of ‘Aert’, a name I’ve given to workshops and initiatives which explore how drawing can be a way to analyse, enrich and further understand our relationship with natural environments, both real and imagined. Here in Shetland, where I live and work, Aert in local dialect simply means ‘earth’.
