Bressay Drawing Group - starts this week!

This new group aims to bring together folk for friendly and informal drawing activities. To begin, there are a series of 5 prompts to try over the next 5 weeks, starting from July 2nd. Designed to give simple starting ideas, each week focuses on part of the Bressay environment, as well as an aspect of drawing technique. Participants can try out as many drawings as they wish over each week!

Prompts are included in the art packs, but will also be posted on Facebook @speldiburncafe, along with example drawings.

All levels of drawing experience are welcome. We also intend to hold informal outdoor sketching sessions each week, weather permitting. Information about these will be given each week.

Those outside of Bressay are also very welcome to draw along, and to share their work! We'd love to see your inspiring drawings. Simply use #BressayDrawingGroup.
